However, stock levels can fluctuate, so we recommend confirming availability with suppliers at the time of ordering. We select finishes with broad national availability and strong stock levels to minimise delays, but product lead times vary by supplier.

We work with well-known brands such as Dulux, Laminex, Polytec, WK Stone, National Tiles, Beacon Lighting, EC Carpets and others - all listed in each schedule with product links and contacts.

Typically builders can obtain trade pricing from the suppliers on the schedules. The schedules include supplier contact details so you can request current pricing directly, or iiStudio will access trade discounts for you with our trade contacts.

No, you don't have to. The schedule is complete and ready to review with your builder as-is. Every colour, material and finish is coordinated so it works together with minimal changes. We verify product availability when we publish each schedule, but supply chains do change. If a product becomes unavailable, here's what happens: Your builder confirms availability before ordering (standard practice). If discontinuation occurs after purchase, we'll notify you and provide current alternative options that maintain the aesthetic integrity of the schedule. All customers receive 12 months of supplier updates.
