• Over 55s communities or retirement villages

• Aged care facilities or residential aged care buildings

• Nursing homes (Class 9a buildings)

• Residential care buildings (Class 9c buildings)

• Any hostel for the aged where residents have care requirements ✗ Buildings requiring disability accessibility specifications — Any residential building designed or modified to meet enhanced accessibility standards beyond standard NCC requirements for people with disabilities ✗ Commercial premises ✗ Public buildings ✗ Industrial applications

If your development falls into any of these excluded categories, please do not purchase our Finishes Schedules, as they are not designed to address the specialized requirements of these building types.
