9. Scope of Use – Eligible Developments

Our Finishes Schedules are for residential projects under $2M only and explicitly exclude:

  • High-rise apartment buildings (>25m effective height / 8+ storeys)

  • Mixed-use developments

  • NDIS/Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

  • Aged care, nursing homes, or over 55s communities

  • Buildings with disability accessibility specifications

  • Commercial, public, or industrial buildings

If your project falls into these categories, do not purchase our Finishes Schedules.

10. Safety

Our Finishes Schedules may contain examples not safe for all projects. We do not warrant safety of building techniques or finishes. You are solely responsible for ensuring project safety.

11. Payment and Refunds

By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age and authorise payment processing. Payment policies:

Technical Issues – Download or Corruption Problems

If you are unable to download your digital document or the file is corrupted, you must contact Nicola immediately:

We will work to rectify the issue immediately. In most cases, we can resolve download or corruption problems without a refund.

If the technical issue cannot be corrected, a refund may be considered.

 

Refunds Not Available

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind — You've reviewed      the schedule and changed your mind about the design or colours

  • Sale items — Items purchased at      a discount

  • After downloading and reviewing      — Once you've accessed the file (unless there's a technical defect)

  • Design preferences —      Dissatisfaction with colour selections, product choices, or aesthetic      preferences

  • Project changes — Changes to      your project scope, budget, or circumstances

  • Product sourcing issues —      Products being unavailable in your area or cost variations

Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

 

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we will dispute it. Please contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
